Our house was in need of a kitchen remodel that involved completely changing the layout of our kitchen, so my wife and I extensively researched the best construction/remodel companies around. We met with Art, one of the owners from JDI Construction, and were able to discuss the vision for our kitchen plans, budgetary needs and JDI's process with design and construction, and knew they were a perfect fit. JDI's designer, Denise, helped us outline the scope of work and crafted some kitchen layouts that perfectly fit our needs. Denise was incredibly knowledgeable and designed a kitchen that not only opened up more space for us, but also afforded us more cabinet storage and usable countertop space. Once the designs from Denise were locked in, our project manager, Eric, coordinated each step of the way through the remodel and was so communicative throughout the process so we understood what the crew was working on each day and when they would arrive at our house. I've never heard of a remodel that completed on time or on budget, but JDI managed to pull it off! We are extremely impressed with the end results and will be recommending JDI to anyone looking for any home remodeling or construction in the future.

The updating of our kitchen and bathroom was done in a timely manner. The people were professional, courteous and efficient. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately. Am happy with the job they did and would use their services again.

Art and his team were quick and efficient with our project. We had three carpeted rooms that we wanted vinyl flooring in. With a baby on the way in just a week we had a very limited timeline to complete the project. Art and his team were responsive to our call for help and able to get the project done in a weeks notice. It only took Joe one day to install all three of the rooms. Our new floors look incredible and brought the rooms back to life!! Thank you so much to Art and Joe from our family! Art helped give me ideas on updating kitchen, by adding tile under cabinets and replace old backsplash I had never liked. He listened to my thoughts and validated no need for total renovation( didn’t try to sell me on more expensive updates). His team did great job doing the tile and I absolutely love it! Would highly recommend JDI.

We hired JDI to take care of the bathroom/shower part of our bathroom remodel, while I'm handling the rest. I reached out to JDI and a couple of other highly rated contractors, and JDI came in with the most competitive quote. Art was great about keeping me up to date on the work schedule, and mostly worked ahead of schedule, which is great! His vendors really know what they are doing. It's easy to give 5 stars in a review when everything goes exactly right, but more difficult if any issues arise. In this case, the cover for the overflow on the tub was misplaced during the initial tub install. I don't judge people for mistakes and mishaps, because we're all human and these things happen. I do judge the response to mistakes, though. In this case, Art took complete ownership of the mistake, made sure the correct part was ordered (it arrived quickly), and had the plumber over just a few hours after the part arrived to get it installed. The issue was handled promptly and professionally, which is what I expect from a contractor with such a good reputation. Easy 5 stars, despite the issue! People should always do their due diligence in shopping contractors for work on your home, but you won't go wrong in choosing JDI! Thank you for the good work, Art! Much appreciated!
